Hi. I’m Charlie and welcome to Rugby Buddy.
As a former professional rugby player for Sale Sharks, Saracens, England and The British and Irish Lions, I understand the trials and tribulations associated with the rugby world and I am all too aware of how difficult it can be. I’ve lived it all, and I know how valuable customised support can be at every stage.
That is why I created Rugby Buddy. My goal is to establish in every young rugby player both the mindset and technical ability essential for success, ensuring they excel both on the field and in life.
Through online programmes and/or in person sessions, I provide a safe and fun space to address both the practical and mental challenges young athletes face. I coach them to manage pressure, build real confidence, and develop the mental edge they need to perform when it matters most.
